Green Leaf Aquatics Privacy Policy

How information submitted through this public website is handled.

Public website enquiries

When you send a message through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, business name (if provided), enquiry category and message that you enter. We use that information to review and respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence.

How your information is stored

Enquiries are stored in a protected area of the website hosting environment, separate from public pages. Website administrators with appropriate access can review the messages. The public website does not have access to the private aquarium diagnostic, POS or customer databases.

Who receives it

We use our website hosting provider to operate the site. If email delivery is enabled, copies may also be sent to the Green Leaf Aquatics business email account and its service provider. We do not display the contents of contact enquiries publicly.

Cookies and performance

Our enquiry form may use a short-lived session cookie to protect against automated or fraudulent submissions. The public website does not presently run advertising trackers or analytics cookies. If these are added later, this notice will be updated.

Access or correction

To ask about your submitted enquiry details or request a correction, use the Contact page. We will review the request and respond as appropriate.

Other Green Leaf services

The separate customer app, in-store water testing and retail systems may have additional privacy terms. This policy covers only the public information website.

Updated October 2026. Please review this draft policy against your final business practices before public launch.
